A household name and prestigious brand, this bank was in the middle of a significant transformation of its back office systems. However, continued delays to the system and changes to the business context had left the reputation of the division under question. Our client, and member of the board, was addressing the concerns of the business while at the same time building a new team to take the organization forward.
The client needed to align the team around a common set of priorities, agree how they would work together to achieve these priorities while getting to know each other as individuals.
We worked with the leadership both individually and as a whole to help the team agree a common vision and set of priorities as well as design the way the team wanted to work together. As a result of the work, the team agreed its vision and priorities and reported a greater team spirit.
